NR Steel recently completed a full detailing package for a pair of dock stairs at a Charlotte warehouse on a same-day turnaround. The fabricator contacted us in the morning with an urgent need; approval drawings were complete before midday, and the full package including shop drawings, bill of materials, and NC files was delivered the same day.

The turnaround was achievable because of NR Steel's accumulated familiarity working with this fabricator and with the engineers and general contractors active in the Charlotte market. Approval drawings had to be accurate on the first pass — there was no time in the schedule for a revision cycle.
